Jun OKAWARA

Chief Executive Officer

Jun brings over 38 years of rich experience at Sumitomo Corporation, working across diverse industries. He started his business career in the Chemicals & Plastics Division and went on to the Corporate Division to oversee Business Development. At the same time, he also led and supervised Sumitomo Corporation’s global corporate venture capital investments.

Jun has extensive global leadership experience and driven high performing teams within dynamic and high-pressure environments. His impressive portfolio includes strategic P&L management, impactful investments, and board membership. Jun had previously been assigned to Lausanne, Houston, twice to New York, and is currently based in Singapore.

Takushi KUZUYA

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Takushi has more than 30 years’ diverse experiences in ICT Digital industries at Sumitomo Corporation and its affiliate companies. He has been engaged in launching multiple telecommunications infrastructure projects (submarine cable, satellite, and mobile & fixed telecommunications etc.) in SEA countries. He also has extensive experiences in building relationship with government authorities and telecom regulators with deep understanding in the legal systems of each country. Takushi is head of the Media & Digital Business Unit at Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte. Ltd. and is responsible for the entire businesses in the SEA region.
